Tenders Are Invited For Applied Clinical Study On The Health Effects Of Indoor- And Outdoor-Cultivated Lion’S Mane And Chaga Extracts And Their Contribution To Strengthening Food Security

The Project Carries Out A Controlled Applied Clinical Study To Evaluate The Health Effects Of Two Mushroom Extracts—Lion’S Mane And Chaga—Grown In Estonia, Compared With A Placebo. The Study Will Include 500–800 Participants Who Consume Standardized Capsules For 6–8 Weeks. Outcomes Are Assessed Across Five Domains: Cognitive Performance, Stress And Mood, Sleep, Energy And Fatigue, And Immune Resilience. The Service Provider Conducts The Full Study Process, Performs Statistical Analysis, And Prepares The Final Clinical Report. Results Will Be Registered In A Public Database And Developed Into A Scientific Manuscript For Publication In An International Journal Or Open-Access Source. The Project Generates New Scientific Knowledge To Support Estonia’S Bioeconomy And Food Security.
