This Project Includes The Renovation Of Building S3 On The Tu/E ​​Campus. The Contractor To Be Selected Will Be Responsible For The Structural And Installation Renovation Of The Building, Which Broadly Consists Of: • Structural Adjustments; • Replacing Installations; • Existing Installations Are Adapted To The New Situation Where Necessary; • Making The Uo Drawings/Calculations; • Adjust Fire Safety. After Award, The Contractor Must Make The Uo Drawings And Calculations Prior To Implementation. Further Information And Elaboration Will Be Provided In The To, Including A Technical Description, In The Registration Phase Of The Tender. One (1) Plot The Client Does Not Distinguish Plots. This Concerns An Integral Implementation Assignment With One (1) Point Of Contact, In Other Words The Contractor Is Integrally Responsible For The Architectural, Constructive, Mechanical And Electrical Engineering Work In The Context Of The Renovation.
