Through This Contract, It Is Intended To Offer The Professionals Who Work At The Institute The Opportunity To Acquire, Perfect Or Consolidate Their Knowledge And Communication Skills In One Of These Languages, Thus Contributing To The Improvement Of Their Linguistic Skills And Professional Development Within The Organization. Due To The Fact That Icn2 Does Not Have Either The Personal Means Or The Technical Means Necessary And Sufficient To Carry Out These Functions, It Is Essential To Hire These Services Through The Present Procurement Procedure. The Services Will Be Developed In Accordance With The Present Specification, The Technical Specifications Specification And The Contract Resulting From The Present Procedure.
