Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Including Configuration, Procedures (Including: Access, Configuration, Creating Backup Copies And Recovering Data From Them), Passwords, Etc. 4. Contractors Warranty: 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of Each Subsystem. 5. Technical Support For The Contractor - 36 Months From The Moment Of Acceptance Of Each Subsystem (Minimum 424 Hours (1 Hour = 1 Hour = 60 Minutes) Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 6.
