Transformer Substation – Modernization Of 110 Kv Che Baiculești, Che Merișani, Che Golești And 110 Kv And 6.3 Kv Che Budeasa Electrical Stations. The Project Modernization Of 110 Kv Che Băiculești, Che Merișani, Che Golești And 110 Kv And 6.3 Kv Che Budeasa Electrical Stations Project Mainly Involves The Carrying Out Of The Modernization Works For The Four Electrical Stations, Necessary Considering The High Degree Of Wear And Tear Of The Equipment, A Condition That Can Be Justified Both By The Repair Sheets Drawn Up For Interventions After Incidents, As Well As By Those From Scheduled Maintenance Works. By Making The Proposed Investment, S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. Aims To Achieve The Following Objectives: - Obtaining A New Operating Cycle For The Installations And Equipment Related To The 110 Kv Che Băiculești, Che Merișani, Che Golesti And Che Budeasa Electrical Stations (Including The Equipment Of The 6.3 Kv Station) And, Implicitly, Increasing The Degree Of Operational Safety, Reliability And Availability Of These Plants; - Reduction Of The Unitary Cost Of Electricity Production Recorded At Che Baiculești, Che Merișani, Che Golești And Che Budeasa, By Reducing Preventive Maintenance And Corrective Maintenance Expenses, And, Implicitly, Increasing The Annual Gross Profit Obtained From Electricity Sales; - The Implementation Of Modern Technological Solutions In The Command-Control Facility, Both Of The 110 Kv And The 6.3 Kv Power Stations, Which Aims To Improve The Efficiency Of The Command-Control-Protection System And Minimize The Human Factor In The Control Process Of These Stations And, Last But Not Least, Increase The Flexibility In Operation Of The Power Stations; - Adapting To The Technical Requirements Regarding Data Exchanges With Transelectrica And In General To The Entire Legislation In Force; - Reducing The Impact On The Environment By Providing Non-Polluting Materials And Technologies. The 110 Kv Che Băiculesti Power Station Was Put Into Operation In 1974 And Is Intended For The Evacuation To The Sen Of The Electricity Produced By The Băiculesti Hydroelectric Power Plant By Means Of A 25 Mva 110/6.3 Kv Step-Up Power Transformer. The 110 Kv Che Băiculești Station Is An Outdoor, Deep Connection Type Station That Has A Line-Transformer Block Cell, Being Made With The Technology Specific To The 1970S. The Protections For Lea 110 Kv And Trafo 110/6.3 Kv, 25 Mva Are Provided By Classic Type Relays Installed In The Pl And Pt Panels In The Plant Hall. The 110 Kv Che Merișani Electrical Station Was Put Into Operation In Year 1976 And Is Intended For The Evacuation Of The Electrical Energy Produced By The Merișani Hydroelectric Power Plant By Means Of A 16 Mva - 110/6.3 Kv Power Transformer. The 110 Kv Che Merișani Station Is An Outdoor, Deep Connection Type Station That Has A Line-Transformer Cell, Being Made With The Technology Specific To The 1970S. The Protections For Lea 110 Kv Are Provided By Classic Type Relays Installed In The Pl Panel In The Plant Room, And The Protections For The Transformer
