Liquefied Propane Gas - Liquefied Propane Supply. Supply Of Liquefied Propane - Framework Agreement For 2 Years (24 Months) Regarding The Supply Of Propane, With A Subsequent Contract Period Between January - 2026 And December - 2027. The Liquefied Propane Product Is To Be Used To Power The Heating Plants And Cooking Machines (Stoves, Ovens) Within The Calafat Municipal Hospital. The Detailed Description Of The Consumers Can Be Found In The Specifications And Is In Accordance With The End User Authorization. In The Price Offered, The Supplier Is Obliged To Include And Ensure The Following: I- The Fuel - The Product - Liquefied Propane In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Formulated In The Specifications Ii- Transport To The Final User, Respectively To The Calafat Municipal Hospital, With Tankers Authorized According To The Regulations In Force. A Number Of 3 Tanks Will Be Installed With A Total Storage Capacity Of 15,000 L, I.E. 5000 L On Each Tank, Together With All The Equipment Necessary For Their Operation. The Storage And Installation Of The Tanks Will Be Performed By The Propane Supplier, Who Will Also Bear The Expenses Related To The Work Performed. The Tanks For Propane Storage Must Be Accepted By Iscir In Accordance With The Operating Authorization. The Maintenance And Repair Of The Containers Will Be Carried Out By The Supplier, According To Iscir Prescriptions No. C 8 / 2010, Also The Expenses Will Be Borne By Him. All Expenses Related To The Installation And Maintenance Of The Gas Supply System And Its Related Accessories Are The Responsibility Of The Beneficiary By Obtaining The Approval From The Supplier. All Procedures Related To The Design, Obtaining Approvals And Performing The Installation Works Of The Gas Supply System Are The Responsibility Of The Beneficiary. Also, Due To The Specificity Of The Beneficiarys Activity, The Calafat Municipal Hospital Serves A Number Of 225 Patients, The Beneficiary Requests That During The Performance Of The Works, The Gas Supply Should Not Be Interrupted For More Than 1 Day. All Equipment Will Be Given To The Beneficiary For Use, Free Of Charge, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. At The End Of The Contract, The Supplier Will Pick Up The Containers After Notifying The Beneficiary, Only After The Contents Have Been Completely Consumed And Without Any Additional Expenses From The Beneficiary. We Request The Installation Of 3 Tanks With A Total Storage Capacity Of 15000L, I.E. 5000L On Each Tank, Because We Do Not Own The Respective Tanks, And Without Their Delivery And Installation Free Of Charge We Cannot Purchase Liquefied Propane Necessary For Heating And Food Preparation Equipment. We Mention That Our Unit Does Not Have The Possibility To Purchase The 3 Tanks During The Execution Of The Framework Agreement. The Reservoirs Will Be Made Available To The Contracting Authority Free Of Charge For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement.
