Geothermal Power Station Construction Work - Conclusion Of A Usage Agreement For The Mining Permit To Explore The Mineral Resources Of Geothermal Energy, Brine And Lithium (Deep Geothermal Energy) In The Geographical Area Of Berlin Partial Exploration Area 2-1 With A Claim To The Grant Of Use Of The Mining Permit (Deep Geothermal Energy). A Transfer Of Use Agreement Is To Be Concluded With The Following Essential Items (The List Is Not Exhaustive): Transfer Of Use Of Rights Arising From The Mining Permit Granted To The Grantor (Section 7 Bbergg), Relating To A Reservoir In The Sub-Exploration Area 2-1, For A Period Of At Least 4 Years With The Possibility Of Extension Up To 30 Years; Obligation Of The User To Set Up A Search Program To Be Coordinated With The Concession Provider In Order To Fulfill The Mining Law Requirements With Regard To The Permit; Fulfillment Of The Search Program By The User At His Own Expense; Drilling To At Least Lias, Driving At Least Gr Logs To The Final Depth, Carrying Out At Least One Hydraulic Test In One Of The Potential Reservoirs, Possibility Of Termination In The Event Of Breach Of Contract, In Particular If The Exploration Program Is Not Implemented, Handing Over All Findings And Information From The Exploration Activities To The Concessionaire; The Licensees Entitlement To Transfer Of Use Of The Mining Law Permit (§ 8 Bbergg) In Relation To Sub-Exploration Area 2-1, Transfer Of Use Of The License To The Extent That This Is Granted; Planning, Construction And Construction Of A Geothermal System To Feed Heat Into A Supply Network; Handover Of All Knowledge And Information Gained From The Operation Of The System To The Concession Provider
