The Cloppenburg District Intends To Act As The Responsible Authority. S.D. At The Start Of Operations, These Will Be The Transport Services On The Following Current Lines: • 903 – Barßel Municipal Transport • 904 – Barßel Municipal Transport • 906 – Friesoythe City Transport (Reekenfeld - Altenoythe) • 907 – City Transport Friesoyhte (Heinfelde – Altenoythe) • 917 – Bösel Municipal Transport The Intended Award Affects The Entire Service Area Covered By These Lines. The Öda Refers To Public Transport Services Within The Meaning Of Section 8 Pbefg, Regardless Of The Specific Form Of Service (In Particular Regular Services Within The Meaning Of Sections 42, 43 Pbefg And Flexible Forms Of Service Within The Meaning Of Section 44 Pbefg). The Operator Will Be Granted An Exclusive Right Within The Limits Of Section 8A Paragraph 8 Pbefg. The Volume Of Traffic Recorded By The Öda Can Be Reduced Or Increased.
