Construction Work For Research Buildings – Lot 40 Defect Elimination And Remaining Completion Work Regarding Lots 1.2, 2.1 And 2.2. On The Basis Of The Present Award Procedure, The Client Intends To Procure The Services That Are Required As Part Of The Replacement Work To Eliminate Existing Defects Or To Carry Out Outstanding Completion Work In Order To Fulfill The Services Of Subject Lot 1.2 Building Technology (Lot 1 Extension/Conversion For Laboratory Technical Systems - Order 2 Ict Hall Modernization) As Well As Subject Lots 2.1 Air Conditioning And Ventilation Technology And 2.2 Construction Technology (Lot 2 Air-Conditioned Rooms - Order 2 Ict Hall Modernization) To Be Completed Without Defects. Regardless Of The Qualification As A Delivery Order In View Of The Main Subject Of The Order 2 Ict Hall Modernization, The Defect Elimination And Remaining Completion Work To Ensure The Use Of A Construction-Specific Cpv Code Will Be Procured On The Basis Of A Construction Contract Notice. Given The Nature Of A Substitute Performance, The Services Covered By The Order Will Be Procured By Means Of An Open Procedure, Regardless Of Their Estimated Order Value Being Less Than The Threshold For Delivery Services. The Provision Of The Services Must Begin No Later Than 12 Working Days After Receipt Of The Clients Request To Provide The Service In Text Form (Minimum Requirement). The Services In Question Must Then Be Ready For Acceptance Within 16 Weeks, I.E. Essentially Free Of Defects (Minimum Requirement).
