The Subject Of The Order Is The Mediation Of Meals By Means Of Electronic Meal Vouchers (Hereinafter Referred To As Esp), Which Are Intended Exclusively For The Payment Of Meals In Defined Catering Establishments Or For Payment In Establishments And Shops For Semi-Finished Products And Raw Materials Used For The Individual Preparation Of Hot Food (Grocery Stores) Accepting Electronic Meal Cards For Payment Of The Price Of Meals (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Acceptance Points), In Order To Ensure The Catering Of Employees Of The Public Contracting Authority In Accordance With Provisions Of Act No. 311/2001 Coll., Labor Code As Amended.
