The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract - Including The Value Of The Options - Amounts To The Amount Of Five Million Nine Hundred And Forty Thousand Euros (€5,940,000.00), Plus Vat, And Is Broken Down As Follows: • Four Million Nine Hundred And Fifty Thousand Euros (€4,950,000.00), Plus Vat, Budget Of Main Object, For A Period Of Six (6) Years, The Which Is A Maximum Bid, Plus The Value Of Options, Of A Total Estimated Value Of Up To Nine Hundred And Ninety Thousand Euros (€990,000.00), Plus Vat, (Ie Up To 20% Of The Budget) For: (A) Extending The Duration Of The Maintenance Period By Up To One (1) Additional Year, With The Same Terms And Unit Prices, And/Or (B) Increasing The Scope Of The Contract, With Assignment Of Similar Services, I.E.
