Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Office And Stationery Supplies

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office And Stationery Materials.2. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Providing The Ordering Party With Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense, Together With Bringing In Office And Stationery Materials, Specified In Annex No. 3A To The Swz, To The Place (Room) Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Building Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshals Office At Ul. Okopowa 21/27, Okopowa 19, Augustyńskiego 2, Augustyńskiego 1, Równa 19/21, Rzeźnicka 58 In Gdańsk, Jaracza 18A In Słupsk, In Quantities Determined According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Orders Issued Each Time, Specifying The Assortment And Quantity Of Ordered Materials.4. The Given Dimensions Of The Subject Of The Order Listed In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3A To The Swz, Should Be Read With A Tolerance Of +/- 10% From The Dimensions Given For A Given Item. The Difference In The Above Limits May Not Result In Loss Of Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Transport And Packaging Costs Are Covered By The Contractor.6. The Delivered Materials Must Be Brand New And Free From Legal And Physical Defects.7. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Articles), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In Swz.9. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituted As Annex No. 1 To The Swz), In The Template Of The Material And Price Form (Constituted As Annex No. 3A To The Swz) And In The Draft Agreement (Constituted As Annexes No. 2 To The Swz). 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act Pzp.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submittin
