The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction, Expansion, Superstructure And Change Of Use Of Service Buildings Into A Nursery, Stroller Room And Utility Building, Along With The Construction Of Sheds As A Connector Between The Buildings (Roof), Utility And Garbage Buildings, As Well As Accompanying Infrastructure, Including A Playground, Parking Lots With A Communication System, Including Sidewalks And Stairs On Plot No. 508, District 0006, Unit Ew. 081105_2 In Lipinki Łużyckie. As Part Of: Implementation Of The Task Of Creating 24 New Care Places In The Municipal Public Nursery, Ul. Główna (Plot No. 508), 68-213 Lipinki Łużyckie. As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022-2029. The Planned Investment Concerns The Change Of Use Of The Existing Building From A Commercial Function (Former Gs Grocery Store) To An Educational Function - A Nursery. The Buildings Utility Program Includes, Among Others: Childrens Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, A Cloakroom, Auxiliary Rooms And Social Facilities For Staff. The Building Will Be Adapted To Applicable Fire And Sanitary Regulations And Accessibility Requirements For People With Disabilities. An Integral Part Of The Functional Program Is A Playground Located On The Plot. The Area Covered By The Works Is Located On Plot No. 508, Located In Lipinki Łużyckie. The Plot Is Equipped With Existing Networks: Energy, Water And Sewage. There Are Two Buildings On The Plot: • A Former Gs Grocery Store Building, • A Smaller Building Of A Former Cooperative Bank.
