The Subject Of The Order Is: Revitalization Of A Building For The Purposes Of Establishing A Support Center For People With Disabilities Providing Social Services In The Community, Including: 1) Construction Works (Earthworks And Insulation Of Foundations, Facade, Reconstruction Of Cornices And Facade Architraves, Construction Of Shafts For Platforms Along With The Delivery And Assembly Of The Platform, Demolition Of Parts Of Ceilings And Their Reconstruction, Demolition And Masonry Works, Dismantling And Installation Of Window Joinery And Door, Insulation Of The Attic, Basement - Lowering The Floor, Dismantling Reinforced Concrete Stairs And Re-Making Wider Stairs, Insulating The Ceiling Above The First Floor, Covering The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor With A Cladding Ensuring The Required Fire Resistance, Replacing Carpets, Finishing Works In Rooms, Making A Ramp For The Disabled, Demolishing The Existing And Constructing New Sidewalks, A Duct For Smoke Exhaust Windows And Insulating The Walls Of The Non-Usable Attic, Maintaining The Existing Area With Trees And Greenery);2) Electrical Installation Works (Fire Protection Installation, T-1, T-2, T-3 Switchboards And Power Supply, Lighting Installation And Plug Sockets, Television And Computer Installation, Elevator Power Supply, Induction Hob Power Supply, Tests And Measurements, Power Supply Of The Telecommunications Switchgear With Fiber Optic Cable, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installation, Fire Protection Installation - Smoke Removal);3) Sanitary Installation Works (Disassembly Works, Sanitary Sewage Installations, Water Supply Installations, Central Heating Installations).2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Included In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), Which Consists Of: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Explanations Provided During The Previous Procurement Procedure (To The Extent Indicated In Annex 8 To The Swz).4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); 2) Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Works; 3) Post-Construction Surveying Documentation And An Inspection Report; 4) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And Neighboring Properties Polluted As A Result Of The Works; 5) Gathering And Providing The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documents (In One Set), No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Which Will Include: Documentation Of Product Quality, Documents Certifying The Authoriz
