A) 24-Hour, Single-Station And Single-Person Protection Of The Ordering Partys Facilities And Property Located In Racibórz At Ul. 1 Maja 3, Every Day Of The Week, 24-Hour Security, With Protection Of The Area And Facilities Against Theft, Robbery And Destruction. Scope And Place Of Protection: Fenced Area; Facilities On The Premises Of The District Road Administration In Racibórz, Together With A Separate Guarded Parking Lot For Vehicles Removed From The Roads Of The Racibórz District And All Vehicles Removed From The Road (Address As Above). B) Recording Exits And Entries Of Vehicles And Equipment, Entries And Exits Of People To The Premises. C) Controlling Passenger And Vehicular Traffic With Simultaneous Control Of Goods Being Taken Out And Taken Out. D) Ensuring Intervention, If Necessary. By The Contractors Intervention Patrol - Travel Time Of The Above-Mentioned Patrol – Max. 15 Min.E) As Part Of Permanent Security, The Contractor Will Make An Intervention Patrol Visit The Property Twice (Between 3 P.M. And 7 A.M.) And Make An Entry In The Service Book. F) Security Employees Are On Duty In Uniforms With The Protection Emblem, Have Ids And Should Be Equipped With Flashlights, Radio Communication Radios And Anti-Assault Devices. G) Security Employees Keep The Following Documentation: - Car Traffic Records And Other Vehicles, - Control List Of Exported/Imported Goods And Cargo, H) The Contractor Is Materially Responsible For The Protected Property In The Event Of Burglary, Theft And Intentional Destruction. At The Written Request Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party Ensures An Inspection Of The Objects Subject To Protection. I) Maintaining Documentation And Records Of The Service - As Detailed In The Property Protection Regulations (Appendix No. 1 To The Contract).J) Keeping An Electronic Record Of Data From The Monitoring Station Regarding Rounds And Events On Protected Facilities, Along With Making This Data Available At The Request Of The Ordering Party.
