4.1. The Subject Of This Order Are Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items (Letter Items And Postal Parcels) And Their Possible Returns, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640, As Amended) In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2025 Or Until The Order Value Is Exhausted. 4.2. Postal Items Which Are The Subject Of The Order Are Understood To Mean Letter Items Weighing Up To 2000 G: A) Unregistered Standard Economic Letter Item, B) Unregistered Standard Priority Priority Letter Item, C) Registered Economic Registered Item, Which Is A Letter Item, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Protects It Against Loss, Loss Of Contents Or Damage, D) Registered Priority Registered Item Of The Fastest Category, Which Is A Letter Item, Transported And Delivered In A Way That Protects It Against Loss, Loss Of Contents Or Damage, E) Registered Item With Return Receipt (Zpo) - Letter Item Accepted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivered Against Receipt, F) Registered Priority Item With Return Receipt (Zpo) - The Fastest Category Item Accepted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivered Against Receipt, G) Shipment Letter With A Declared Value - A Registered Shipment For Which The Operator Is Liable For Loss, Loss Of Content Or Damage Up To The Value Of The Shipment Provided By The Sender.4.3. Postal Parcels Which Are The Subject Of The Order Are Understood To Mean Postal Parcels Weighing Up To 10,000 G: A) Economic - Registered Parcels That Are Not The Fastest Category Parcels, B) Priority - Registered Parcels Of The Fastest Category, C) Postal Parcels With A Declared Value - Registered Parcels That Are Not The Fastest Category Parcels With A Declared Value, D) With Return Receipt - Economic And Priority Registered Parcels Accepted For Confirmation Of Posting And Delivered Against Receipt.4.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Run A Broadcasting Point Located In The Town Of Wiązownica And At Least 1 Notification Point In The Commune.4.5. If They Are Missing, The Contractor Is Obliged To Create Them Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.4.6. Postal Items Prepared For Sending Will Be Delivered By The Ordering Party To The Collection Point Indicated By The Contractor At 1300-1330, While Delivery Of Received Mail Addressed To The Ordering Party Should Be Made Every Day Between 0900-1100.4.7. The Shipments Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Sent On The Day They Are Handed Over By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Priority Shipments Delivered By The Ordering Party By 1430, They Will Be Sent On The Day Of Submission By 1500.4.8. The Acceptance Of Parcels For Postal Circulation By The Contractor Will Be Do
