Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Work/Protective Clothing And Work/Protective Footwear For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Work/Protective Clothing And Work/Protective Footwear, Hereinafter Referred To As The Assortment, For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 18100000-0 (Professional Clothing, Special Work Clothing And Accessories), 18830000-6 (Safety Footwear).3. The Term Successive Delivery Should Be Understood As Placing Partial Orders In Stages (In Various Quantities) Based On Individual Orders Placed Electronically By The Ordering Partys Representative Indicated In The Contract And Orders Resulting From The Allocation Table.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Subject And Price Form.5. Detailed Guidelines Regarding Performance, Such As Personal Data Of The Ordering Partys Employees (Maximum 500 People), Assignment Of Clothing/Footwear Size, Employment Unit, Clothing/Footwear Expiration Date Are Specified In The Allocation Table For Work/Protective Clothing And Work/Protective Footwear, Hereinafter Referred To As The Assignment Table, Constituting An Annex To The Contract. 6. The Order Includes: 1) Successive Delivery Of The Assortment As Part Of Partial Orders, Within The Time Specified In Chapter V, Point 3 Of The Tor, 2) Bringing The Assortment To The Delivery Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Partial Order, 3) Marking Selected Items Of The Assortment With The Ug Logo - As Indicated In The Subject And Price Form.7. The Date Of Placing The Order Is Considered To Be: 1) The Date Of Sending The Order Electronically To The Contractor - In The Case Of Orders Placed By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party, 2) The Date Of Suitability For Use Of Clothing/Footwear For Ug Employees - In The Case Of Orders Resulting From The Allocation Table.8. The Place Of Delivery Of The Assortment Will Be The Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk In The Tricity Area (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia) And Górki - Wschodnie, Hel, Borucino, Łączyno. Therefore, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Organizational Structure Of The University Of Gdańsk Available At Www.Ug.Edu.Pl. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Execution Of The Contract There May Be Orders That Will Be Paid For From Eu, Foreign And Domestic Projects.10. The Assortment Is Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty For The Period: 1) 12 Months - In The Case Of Items 1-33; 41-42; 50-61; 64, 67, 73-100; 102-120; 122-125; 127-131; 139-144 Of Annex 1A - Subject And Price Form,2) 24 Months - In The Case Of Items 34-40; 43-49; 62, 63, 65, 66, 68-72; 101, 121, 126, 132-138; 145-148 Of Annex 1A - Subject And Price Form.11.
