The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services For Residents Of The Social Welfare Center In Dobiegniew In Their Place Of Residence In The Expected Number Of Hours (1 Hour 60 Min): 700 X 12 M = 8,400 Hours In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions And Requirements Specified In This Chapter Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Is Entitled To Order Care Services Outside The Residents Place Of Residence, But Only If This Service Results From The Special Health Needs Of The Patients. Its Scope Will Include Assistance Provided By The Caregiver And Assistance In Getting The Patient To Medical Facilities Outside The Dobiegniew Commune.
