Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The District Labor Office In Bytom In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.

Provision Of Postal Services By A Postal Operator In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items To Each Indicated Address In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 2 Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 336, As Amended) And Any Returns Of Undelivered Parcels To The District Labor Office In Bytom, In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026; Collection Of Postal Items From The Ordering Partys Registered Office And Sending Them At The Contractors Sending Office Or At The Office Of The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act; Providing An Intermediation Service Consisting In Sending Parcels Containing Correspondence For Which The Deadline For Sending Is Important Due To The Need To Meet The Deadline, In Particular Within The Meaning Of Art. 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure. The Intermediation Service Is Defined By The Ordering Party As The Receipt Of The Above-Mentioned Shipments From The Ordering Partys Registered Office On The Basis Of A Separate List, Sending Them On The Same Day To The Designated Operators Office And Immediate Delivery, But No Later Than The Next Business Day, Of The Confirmation Of Sending These Shipments To The Designated Operators Office To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.
