The Given Amounts Of Fuel Are Maximum Quantities, They May Be Reduced During The Execution Of The Order Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Ranges For Individual Types Of Fuel Are:A) Diesel Oil - 19,000 Litersb) Unleaded Petrol 95 (Pb) - 300 Liters3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Be A Gas Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 3.0 Km From The Headquarters Of The Road Management Board In Dąbrowa Tarnowska Ul. Warszawska 48, Calculated As The Shortest Public Road. To Confirm The Above, The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer Form The Exact Location Of The Gas Station Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed. Each Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order In The Bid Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor, Which Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xx.4. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Ad Hoc, Cashless Refueling Into Vehicle Tanks Or Canisters (Pb-95 Unleaded Gasoline). 5. Quality Requirements For Fuels Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended). In Addition, Unleaded Petrol Must Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 228, Diesel Fuel According To The Polish Standard Pn-En 590.6. Fuel Will Be Sold At The Price Applicable On The Day Of Purchase At The Station, Less The Discount Specified In The Offer, Calculated From The Gross Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel.7. The Offered Fuel Discount Will Be Valid For The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
