Tenders Are Invited For Transport Service Of Samples For Testing For The Central Mining Institute Of The National Research Institute.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collecting Coal And Air Samples From The Mine And Transporting Them To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Ordering Party Expects That The Service Will Be Provided Every Day (Monday - Friday), Usually Between 4.00 A.M. And 10.00 A.M. The Estimated Route Is 150-250 Km/Day. In Order To Calculate The Value Of The Order, The Ordering Party Assumes The Average Value Of Kilometers Traveled In The Amount Of 200 Km/Day And 250 Working Days Per Year. The Transported Air Samples Will Be Packed In 3-Liter Bags. The Maximum Volume Of One Transport Is 200 L. Air Samples Will Be Transported 5 Times A Week. Coal Samples Are Packed In Bags Weighing Up To 10 Kg, Transported 1-2 Times A Week, A Maximum Of 3 Samples At A Time. The Approximate Waiting Time At The Mine For Loading Is Approximately 15 Minutes. Each Time After Receiving The Order, The Contractor Will Present The Route For Approval Along With The Approximate Hours Of Service Provision. The Place Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Service Should Be The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Katowice, Plac Gwarków 1). The Ordering Party Allows For The Commencement Of The Service At The Contractors Premises, Provided That The Distance To The Mine Is Shorter Than From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. Transport Will Be Carried Out At The Written Request Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Set The Exact Date Of Completion Of Individual Orders. The Contract For The Provision Of The Service Will Be Signed With One Contractor Who Offers The Lowest Gross Price Per 1 Km. The Frequency Of Trips May Be Increased Or Reduced Depending On The Current And Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Shall Not Have Any Claims Against The Ordering Party On This Account. Duration Of The Contract: 12 Months. Commencement Of The Provision Of Services No Earlier Than January 16, 2026.
