The Provision Of Services Will Only Apply To Cases In Which, In Order To Confirm Death, Determine Its Causes And Issue A Death Certificate, It Is Not Possible To Determine The Doctor Treating The Deceased In The Last Illness, Responsible For Confirming Death Or For Other Justified Reasons. Reasons, This Doctor Will Not Be Able To Examine The Corpse. The Ordering Party Estimates That In The Period From January To December 2026, The Number Of Death Certificates Issued To Deceased Persons, After Determining The Cause Of Death In A Special Situation In The City Of Katowice And Within Its Administrative Borders, In Public Or Non-Public Places, Will Amount To Approximately 300 Events.
