Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services To The District Office In Wieliczka In 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving, Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns, As Well As The Service Of Collecting Items From The Ordering Partys Headquarters In 2026 For The Needs Of The District Office In Wieliczka.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With: A) The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended), B) The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1026, As Amended) 3. Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013. Regarding Complaints About The Postal Service (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474, As Amended).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Specified The Types Of Shipments And The Estimated Quantities Of These Shipments In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. Foreign Shipments Included In The Price Form Are Sent Mainly To European Countries.7. It Is Not Planned To Specify The Types Of Foreign Shipments For Individual Countries Due To The Fact That Their Number Is Very Small. The Amounts For These Shipments Will Be Estimated Based On The Contractors Price List.8. Shipments Not Listed In Annex 2 To The Announcement Will Be Priced Additionally In Accordance With The Contractors Price List.9. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Individual Shipments In Relation To Those Specified In The Price Form May Change, Provided That The Value Of These Shipments Does Not Exceed The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For This Reason. 10. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Receipt, Transportation And Delivery Of Postal Items Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). 11. In Order To Verify The Fulfillment By The Contractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Check The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Referred To In Point By The Contractor Or Subcontractor During The Execution Of The Order. 9 By Examining Actual Employment Conditions. 1) The Ordering Party Is Entitled In Particular To: A) Request Declarations And Documents Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Assessing Them, B) Requesting Explanations In Case Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Require
