Tenders Are Invited For Preparing Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Implementing Acts, And In Particular In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Development Area In The Absence Of A Local Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589).3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare The Following Draft Decisions: 1) On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, 2) Amending The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, 3) On Development Conditions, 4) Amending The Decision On Development Conditions, 5) On Development Conditions For Buildings Referred To In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended)4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Planned To Prepare 650 Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose, Including Approximately 15 Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose. The Execution Of Individual Projects Will Be Ordered Successively In Writing And As Needed, And Their Number May Change In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Make Changes To The Draft Decisions Resulting From Their Arrangements With The Entities Specified In Art. 53(4) Of The Spatial Planning And Development Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended).6. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party Draft Decisions Along With Graphic Annexes And Urban Analyses, If Analysis Is Required, Within 45 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete Application From The Ordering Party. In The Case Of The Draft Decision Referred To In Point 3(5) The Deadline For Implementing And Submitting The Draft Decision To The Ordering Party Is 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete Application From The Ordering Party. 7. All Work Resulting From The Procedures Specified In The Act And Specific Regulations, Necessary For The Proper And Complete Development Of Draft Decisions, Should Be Performed By The Contractor Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Within The Agreed Remuneration. 8.
