5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Cooking And Delivery Of Soups, Two-Course Dinners And Hot Meals For The Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Radomsko. 5.1.1 Scope I Orders - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Form Of Preparation And Delivery Of A Maximum Of 20 Soups With Inserts And Bread To The Daily Social Welfare Home In Radomsko At Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A/11 And A Maximum Of 30 Soups With Inserts And Bread To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Addresses In The City Of Radomsko) For Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center With The Weight Of The Soup - 500 Ml, The Weight Of The Insert - 10 Dkg And The Weight Of Bread (Roll Or Bread) - 80 Grams According To The Attached Menu Constituting An Attachment No. 9 To Swz.5.1.2 Scope Ii Of The Order - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Form Of Preparation And Delivery To The Day Care Home In Radomsko At Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A/11 Two-Course Dinners For Ddps Residents In Accordance With The Attached Menu Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, The Recipe For Lunch Dishes (Appendix No. 1 To The Menu), The Appropriate Weight Of Lunch Dishes (Appendix No. 2 To The Menu) And Additional Information (Appendix No. 3 To The Menu) And Soups Without Inserts. 5.1.3 Scope Iii Of The Order - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Form Of Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals For The Residents Of The Senior+ Day Care Center Located In Radomsko At Ul. Sadowa 5 In Accordance With The Attached Menu Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Appropriate Weight Of Lunch Dishes (Appendix No. 1 To The Menu) And Additional Information (Appendix No. 2 To The Menu). The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Menus Indicated By The Ordering Party, Changing Cyclically Every 3 Weeks During The Month, Repeating The Meals Indicated In The Menu Every 12 Days. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Order Of Meals Indicated In The Menu. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Menus Two Weeks In Advance (Every Other Friday) To The Daily Social Welfare Home In Radomsko At Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A/11.
