1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food Products To The Kindergarten Canteen Of The Local Government Kindergarten Krasnala Hałabała In Wielopole Skrzyńskie At 39-110 Wielopole Skrzyńskie 265. The Order Consists In The Provision Of Cyclical Deliveries Of Food Products In The Period From January 1, 2026 To June 30, 2026. The Subject Matter Of The Order Is Divided Into Three Parts: This Procedure Applies Only To Part No. I. Part I - Fruit, Vegetables, Dairy Products, Cereal Products, Other Food Products; A Detailed Description Of Individual Parts Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 6A To The Swz - Price Forms - Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer In Accordance With The Part Of The Order To Which The Offer Relates. The Offered Products Should Meet The Requirements Listed In Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Production And Trade Of Food, In Particular: Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154, As Amended). The Products That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In Conditions Meeting The Health Quality Requirements For This Type Of Products. The Delivered Goods Must Not Show Any Signs Of Deterioration (Rot, Mold), Damage (Crushing, Defects In The Structure Of A Given Product), And Pre-Packaged Food Must Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging Without Any Signs Of Damage (Tearing, Tearing, Hermetic Packaging Must Have The Correct Properties). The Delivered Products Should Be Fresh, Nutritious, Of Appropriate Quality And Will Be Delivered No Later Than Halfway Through The Shelf Life Intended For A Given Product, Subject To: A) Bread, Fresh Bakery Products - Produced On The Day Of Delivery. B) Dairy Products With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 5 Days From The Date Of Delivery. C) Milk, Packed In Foil Bags, Cardboard Packages, Bottles With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 3 Days From The Date Of Delivery, And In Cardboard Packaging And Bottles With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 10 Days From The Date Of Delivery. D) Meat And Poultry With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 10 Days From The Date Of Delivery. Delivery.E) Table Eggs With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 28 Days From The Date Of Delivery. F) All Processed Products Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Have An Appropriate Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 3 Months, While For Unprocessed Products The Shelf Life Must Be At Least 7 Days - Dated On The Packaging By The Manufacturer. G) Fish And Frozen Foods With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery. H) Flour Products (Delivery Products) With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 10 Days From The Date Of Delivery. I) Vegetables, Fruits, Potatoes - Fresh, Products Sent To The Market Immediately After
