1. The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Services Consisting In Constant, 24-Hour Supervision Of The Property Of The Prof. Bogusław Frańczuk Małopolska Orthopedic And Rehabilitation Hospital, Together With The Handling Of Medical Gases. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template (Including Annexes) Which Is An Annex To The Swz With Annexes. 3. The Provisions Of The Swz Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries. 4. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Conclude A Lease Agreement With The Contractor For The Premises Necessary For The Proper Performance Of This Agreement By The Contractor, And The Contractor Undertakes To Enter Into Such An Agreement. 5. All Contractors Employees (Referred To In Point 5.1.3 Of The Swz) Performing Duties (Acting As A Guard) Must Be Authorized To Handle Medical Gases.
