1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Service By The Contractor Of Waste With Code 19 12 12, Shredded To A Size Of Approx. 35-40 Mm, In The Form Of Components For The Production Of Alternative Fuel (Rdf), I.E. The Energy Fraction Positively Sorted From Municipal And Industrial Waste, Hereinafter Referred To As Combustible Waste, In The Amount Of 1,000 Mg For The Purpose Of Its Management, In Accordance With The Decisions Held By Contractor.2) Type Of Wasteenergy Waste Is Waste Positively Sorted By An Opto-Pneumatic Device From Residues After Sorting Mixed Municipal Waste And Selectively Collected Fractions, I.E. Plastics And Paper, Deprived Of: - The Under-Sieve Fraction Up To 80 Mm Constituting The Input To The Biological Waste Processing Process, - Secondary Raw Materials (Metals, Pet, Glass, Multi-Layer Packaging, Cardboard) Constituting The Commercial Fraction, - Shredded To Size Approx. 35-40 Mm.3) Average Parameters And Photos Of Energy Waste Generated By Zgo Are Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, However, Due To The Fact That The Composition Of The Waste Depends On The Morphology Of Waste Imported To Zgo, The Indicated Values Are Only Indicative And Cannot Be The Basis For Claims Against The Ordering Party.4) Method Of Order Execution: A) Combustible Waste Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party In Loose Form And Stored In A Covered Waste Warehouse Energy.B) Collection Of Combustible Waste Will Take Place From The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant In Zakurewo Near Grudziądz.C) Waste Collection Will Take Place Using Vehicles At The Contractors Disposal, At His Expense, Also In Terms Of Transport Costs, Insurance For Transport And Unloading; In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490). D) Loading Of Waste Onto The Vehicles Provided By The Contractor Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Party Using A Volvo 110G Or Volvo 110H Wheel Loader, In A Designated Place For This Purpose At The Waste Management Plant In Zakurewo Near Grudziądz. E) The Contractor Will Collection Of Waste On An Ongoing Basis, Continuously, On All Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays, From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. F) During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Traffic Organization Rules In Force At The Waste Management Plant And Follow The Recommendations Of The Ordering Partys Staff Regarding Waste Loading. G) The Maximum Daily Amount Of Waste To Be Collected By The Contractor Is 50 Mg.H) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Amount The Waste Referred To Above Is An Estimated Amount And Therefore May Be Reduced, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees That At Least 300 Mg Of Combustible
