4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Waste From The Olszanica Commune In 2026 And The Conduct Of Two Educational Workshops Related To Waste Management.4.2. The Approximate Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Order Implementation Period Will Be Approximately 948Mg.4.3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service Is 25% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Contract.4.4.
