Part I - Shelter Services For Women1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Shelter For Homeless People From The Tczew Commune In The Form Of: 1) A Shelter, 2) A Shelter With Care Services.1.1 The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers: 1) Part I - Shelter Services For Women2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Homeless People With A Standard Of Basic Services, Full Board In A Shelter And A Shelter With Care Services, Qualifications Of People Providing Services And The Standard Of The Facility Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On The Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018 Item 896, As Amended).3. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of People/Days, Which Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Shelter Or Shelter With Care Services, Which Will Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Withdraw From The Concluded Contract. 4. Each Time A Person Is Placed On The Basis Of A Referral Or An Individual Administrative Decision To Place Him In A Shelter Issued By The Head Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Tczew Based In Gniszew.5. Place Of Service: The Place Of Service Is The Place Of Shelter, Indicated By The Contractor In The Interactive Offer Form. The Place Of Performance Of The Service Must Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km In A Straight Line From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Gniszewo, Ul. Parkowa 7). The Distance Will Be Verified By The Ordering Party Using Publicly Available Mapping Tools (Google Maps Or Geoportal), By Measuring In A Straight Line Between The Indicated Reference Point And The Place Of Service Provision. The Distance From The Location Of The Service In A Straight Line To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Cannot Be Greater Than 100 Km. Due To The Introduction Of An Additional Criterion For Evaluating Offers, Which Is Distance To The Place Of Shelter, The Final Indication Of The Place Of Implementation Will Be In The Offer Form.6. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Service That Is The Subject Of This Order May Be Provided By Contractors Whose Statutory Objectives Include Conducting Activities In The Field Of Helping Homeless People And Are Entered In The Register Of Facilities Providing Temporary Shelter Kept By The Voivode. 2) When Providing The Service At The Place Of Its Implementation, The Contractor Must Ensure Premises That Meet Sanitary, Epidemiological And Fire Protection Standards And The Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On The Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 89
