1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Takes Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.3. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Third Party Rights And In Accordance With European Union Standards And Polish Standards Raising European Standards.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least Two Days In Advance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 Detailed Description Of The Offer
