1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport And Storage Services Of Corpses And Human Remains From The Place Of The Incident Or Discovery Of The Body To The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor In The Area Of Operation Of A Given District Prosecutors Office And From The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor To Specialized Forensic Medicine Institutions Outside The Area Of Operation Of A Given District Prosecutors Office, After Receiving An Order By Telephone (Orally) Or In Writing Sent By Fax Or E-Mail.2) The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Area Of Operation Of The District Prosecutors Office In Sochaczew And Includes The City Of Sochaczew And The Communes: Brochów, Iłów, Młodzieszyn, Nowa Sucha, Rybno, Sochaczew And Teresin.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
