A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order - Opz.3. The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Delivered Deliveries Is A Minimum Of 3 Years, A Maximum Of 4 Years, Counting From The Date Of The Registered Receipt Of The Deliveries.4. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Must Have All The Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates Required By Law And Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements Specified By Law. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment, In Accordance With The Warranty Period Declared In The Offer, Which Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period.5.
