The Subject Of The Order Is: Execution, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Rooms In The Building Of A New Kindergarten In Skoroszyce In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified Jointly By: The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract (Template Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Contract) And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Contains Files And Folders: A) Architectural And Construction Design - Room Projections; B) Visualizations Of Rooms, In Particular: - Kindergarten Rooms With Cloakrooms And Facilities (Green Room - Room 0.39, Blue Room - Room 1.16, Pink Room - Room 1.18, Orange Room - Room 1.26); Note: Yellow Room – Room. 0.41 Is Excluded From The Order;- Dining Room (Room 0.22);- Multi-Purpose Room/Assembly Hall (Room 1.3);C) Technical Documentation Containing A Functional Description Of The Rooms Indicated In Section B And Rooms: 0.1, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.14, 0.17-0.20, 1.2, 1.27;D) Furniture For Development; E) Illustrative Description, Parts 1 And 2, In Which The Ordering Party Indicated The Products That Are The Subject Of The Order As Illustrative 2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Delivery, Unloading, Bringing, Setting And Assembly With Connection Of Kitchen Equipment To The Rooms In The New Kindergarten Building In Skoroszyce At Braterstwa Broni Street. The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Task: Stage 3 Of Construction Of A Kindergarten In Skoroszyce With Equipment. Detailed Technical, Functional And Operational Specifications Of The Minimum Equipment Requirements Are Set Out In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 1) The Contractor Must Ensure, At His Own Expense And Risk, Loading, Transport, Unloading And Assembly In A Designated Place, In Accordance With The Design, Of The Supplied Equipment And The First Start-Up With Training Of User Representatives (If Applicable). After Delivering The Equipment And Completing The Assembly, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Delivery Area And Assembly Site, Including Waste Disposal. Any Damage To Buildings Caused During Assembly Will Be Removed By The Contractor At His Expense. 2) The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, Have No Design Or Workmanship Defects Or Resulting From Other Negligence Of The Contractor That Could Be Revealed During Their Use, And, If Applicable, Have Current Approvals, Declarations Or Safety Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance With The Requirements Of Polish And European Standards.
