Tenders Are Invited For Providing A 24-Hour Service, Constant Physical Protection Of People And Property And Supervision Of A Public Facility At Ul. Brzeska 41 In Biała Podlaska

1. The Subject Of This Order Are Services Of Permanent Physical Protection Of Persons And Property And Supervision Of A Public Utility Facility At Ul. Brzeska 41 And Its Surroundings. The Scope Of Duties Includes: 1) Ensuring The Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity Of Employees And Visitors Of Offices Located In The Building, During Their Working Hours; 2) Taking Actions To Prevent Crimes And Offenses Against Property Located In The Facility, As Well As Preventing Damage Resulting From These Events; 3) Receiving, Storing And Issuing Keys To Individual Rooms; 4) Ensuring The Safety Of The Facility During The Duty By Visiting The Supervised Facility Several Times, Especially During Afternoon And Night Duty; 5) Compliance With The Principle That Employees Staying At The Facility After Office Hours Should Have Appropriate Permits Issued By The Head Of The Unit Or A Person Authorized By Him. The Fact That Employees Are Present Outside Working Hours Should Be Recorded In The Duty Book; 6) Checking The Closing Of All External Doors, Office Doors, Windows And Turning On And Off The Buildings External Lighting; 7) Compliance With The Principle That Equipment May Be Taken Outside The Facility Only After Presenting A Permit Issued By The Head Of The Unit Or A Person Authorized By Him. The Fact Of Removal Should Be Recorded In The Duty Book And The Permit Left At The Reception Desk; 8) Entering In The Duty Book All Events Occurring During Duty, In Particular The Time Of Leaving And Accepting Duty, Lack Of Keys To The Rooms, Lighting, Electrical, Sanitary, Water And Sewage Defects Found; 9) Reporting On Accidental Events Such As Fire, Flooding, Burglary, Threat To The Safety Of The Facility And People Staying In It Or In Its Vicinity, To The Relevant Rescue And Intervention Units, As Well As To The Ordering Party And The Manager Of The Unit To Which The Event Concerns Or Persons Authorized By Them; 10) Collection Of Subscribed Press For Units Operating In The Facility.1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop The Facility Security Instructions Within 14 Days Of Concluding The Contract. The Facility Security Instruction Should Be Consistent With Applicable Law And Take Into Account The Nature Of The Facility And Its Technical Equipment Used To Protect People And Property On The Premises And In Its Surroundings. 1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That At Least One Person Equipped With Functional Means Of Communication Is On Constant Duty On The Premises, And In Emergency Situations, The Arrival Of At Least Two-Person Intervention Group Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion. Security Employees Should Have Physical Security Employee Licenses In A Number And Degree That Ensures The Execution Of The Order (It Is Assumed That No License Is Required For Employees On Duty In The Facility). 1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Persons Performing Supervision With Uniform, Suitably Aesthetic And Representative Clothes And Id Badges With The Name Of
