The Contractor Must Indicate In The Offer The Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Fuel Oil. F) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right That During The Period Of Contract Implementation It May Not Use The Full Amount Of Demand Specified In The Swz. G) This Amount Will Depend On Weather Conditions And The Demand For Hot Water. H) Failure To Meet The Estimated Amount Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
