Scope Of Work/Description: Qatarenergy Requires The Services For The Provision Of Geotechnical Site Investigation, Soil Testing Data And Rig Positioning System Services In Order To Establish Secure Mobile Drilling Unit Placement During The Installation Of Qatarenergy Jack-Up Drilling Rigs And Jack Up Barges At Offshore Locations In Qatar, In Compliance With The Marine Warranty Surveyors (Mws) And Vessel Underwriters Requirements For The Jack Up Location Approval Based On Full Site Specific Assessment (Ssa) Including The Geotechnical Data - Borehole With Adequate Site Specific Soil Sampling. The Scope Of Services Is Segregated Into Two Parts Viz. (I) Part 1 - Geotechnical Site Investigation Using Contractors Vessel (Ii) Part 2 - Geotechnical Site Investigation & Rig/Barge Positioning System Using Qatarenergy Rig/Barge. Bidders Will Have The Option To Bid For Either Part-1 Or Part-2 Only, Or For Both. The Contract Duration Shall Be Sixty (60) Months From The Effective Date Of Contract.
