The Site Is Located In The City Of Savonlinna, At The Nousiala Sorting Station At Nousialantie 11. The Site Is About 10 Km Southeast Of The Center Of Savonlinna. The Contract Includes The Construction Work And Material Procurement Presented In The Planning Documents Obtained In Advance By The Customer, So That The Final Result Of The Work, The Structures, Their Parts And The Construction Materials Used Meet The Requirements Set For Them. This Also Applies To The Functionality Of Structures Or Their Parts. The Construction Contractor (Main Contractor) Acts As The Main Implementer As Intended By The Legislation. Construction Work In The Area Can Begin As Soon As The Procurement Contract Is Signed; No Later Than 4 May 2026. The Contract Performance Must Be Completely Completed And In A Condition That Can Be Handed Over To The Customer No Later Than September 30, 2026. Urakka Has One Interim Goal; The Paving Works Must Be Completed By September 15, 2026.
