Tenders Are Invited For Fish Probes For Analysis

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Contract(S) For The Purchase Of Fish Probes Necessary For The Analysis. The Procurer Will Conclude The Framework Contract(S) With Up To 5 (Five) Qualified Bidders Who Have Submitted An Offer Recognized As Appropriate. The Framework Contract(S) Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 3 (Three) Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Maximum Cost Of The Contract(S) Is Fulfilled, Whichever Occurs First. The Expected Amount Of Analyzes For 3 (Three) Years Has Been Submitted Appendix 1. The Procurer Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Products In The Expected Volume, But Orders The Products According To The Real Need Arising From The Provision Of Healthcare Services. The Procurer Has The Right To Increase The Quantity Of Purchased Goods Under Each Framework Contract, Including Products Outside The Shopping Basket, By 50% Of The Tender Price, Which Is Also The Maximum Cost Of The Framework Contract.
