The Objective Of This Contract Is To Construct 0.9Km’S Of New Forest Service Road Based On A Geometric Road Design And Field Control Measures. The Road Construction Involves All Phases Of Road Construction Including Timber Cut And Removal, End Haul, Drill And Blast Rock, Placed Rock Fills And Surfacing.All New Construct Road Sections Must Be Constructed In Accordance With Appendix Ii Road Design & Specs And Appendix Iii Culvert & Deact Specs.
