The Hyères Marina Service Wishes To Install A Mooring And Light Equipment Zone (Z.M.E.L.) In Order To Preserve The Posidonia Meadows From The Action Of The Anchors Of Boats Anchoring Around The Saint-Pierre Port. The Zmel Will Be Installed To The South And East Of The Saint-Pierre Port. It Will Extend Over 245 Ha And Will Include 46 Buoys, 3 Mooring Boxes, 3 Light Signaling Buoys, As Well As A No Mooring Zone (Z.I.M.) Surrounding The Buoys And Boxes. This Contract Concerns The Corresponding Project Management Mission. The Mission Elements Concerned Are: Avp, Pro, Visa, Det, Aor. The Act Mission Element Will Not Be Requested From The Future Prime Contractor.
