The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Support The Crpn Real Estate Department In The Management, Security And Optimization Of Its Management Mandate Outsourced To The Property Manager (Pm). The Mission Aims To Guarantee The Sustainability Of The Mandate By Ensuring That The Service Provider Delivers The Expected Performance Standards, In Particular Through The Monitoring Of Automated Indicators And The Reliability Of Critical Business Processes, Such As Guard Payroll And Tenant Ticketing. The Holder Will Also Have The Mission Of Supporting The Organizational And Digital Transformation Of The Real Estate Service. This Includes Support For The Deployment Of Electronic Document Management (Edm) And Preparation For Regulatory Developments In Electronic Invoicing (Rfe), In Order To Free Internal Teams From Operational Micro-Management And Refocus Them On The Strategic Management Of Asset Value.
