The Subject Of This Contract Is Provision Of External Expert Assistance For Organization And Management And Measures For Visibility, Transparency And Communication Of The Project Integrated Development Of The Boulevard Infrastructure And Urban Transport In The City Of Ruse, Financed Under The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027. 2021-2027 For The Implementation Of The Project Integrated Development Of The Boulevard Infrastructure And Urban Transport In The City Of Ruse Under Procedure Bg16ffpr003-1.001 Support For Integrated Urban Development In The 10 City Municipalities. For The Implementation Of The Approved Project, A Team Of External Experts Selected As A Result Of This Order Will Be Formed. For The Positions Of Manager, Accountant, Technical Expert, Public Procurement Specialist, Technical Assistant And Media Relations Expert, Employees Of The Municipality Of Ruse Will Be Appointed. For The Positions Of Coordinator, Project Lawyer, Monitoring And Reporting Expert, Financier And Communication Manager, Persons Will Be Proposed By The Selected Public Procurement Contractor. The Need For External Experts Is Necessary In Order To Guarantee Expert Capacity For The Implementation Of All Project Activities And Tasks.
