The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is «Construction Of A New Play Area For Children With Special Needs, With An Area Of 100 Sq.M. In Pi With Id. No. 69134.4360.483». The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Will Lead To The Selection Of A Contractor Who, As A Builder Within The Meaning Of The Territorial Planning Act, Will Implement All The Identified Smrs In Order To Realize The Investment Intention - Construction Of A Play Area For Children With Specific Needs. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Fulfilling All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Related To The Construction Activities In Accordance With The Technical Norms And Requirements Of The Legislation Related To The Construction (Mainly Zut And The By-Laws). The Scope Of The Commissioned Construction Includes The Identified Smrs According To The Following Groups: Excavation And Bulk Works Making Flooring Construction Of Facilities Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Landscaping Activities All Activities Are Performed In Parallel And Sequentially, As They Are Interconnected As Necessary To Achieve A Common Goal - Within A Spatially Separated Territory, Which As A Whole Will Acquire A New Appearance And Become A Common Functional Space With A Specific Purpose.
