Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of An Electric Vehicle, Including Delivery And Installation Of A Connected Charging Station, For The Needs Of Social Services Performed On The Territory Of Pavlikeni Municipality

This Public Procurement Is Awarded Within The Framework Of Project No. Bg-Rrp-13.009-0008 Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems And Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle, Including A Connected Charging Station For The Needs Of Social Services, An Activity Delegated By The State, Provided In The Municipality Of Pavlikeni, Approved For Financing Under The Procedure Through The Direct Provision Of Funds From The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism Bg-Rrp-13.009 Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems (Pec) In Existing Social Services, State-Delegated Activity And Purchase Of Electric Vehicles, Including Connected Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services, Priority Axis Repowereu, Investment 5 (C13.I5). The Electric Vehicle And The Charging Station Must Be Factory New, Unused. The Vehicle Must Comply With The Norms Of Bulgarian Legislation, Including Those For Homologation (Technotest) For Movement On European Roads And Technical Standards In The Eu Or Equivalents At The Date Of Delivery And Technical Characteristics Indicated In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. According To The Terms Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Sets Requirements That Ensure That The Vehicles That Are Delivered Or Used In The Provision Of The Services Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Applies The Requirements To The Clean Vehicles By Indicating In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Prepares This Documentation In Accordance With Decree No. 356 Of 29.12.2023 Of The Ministry Of Interior, Which Specifies The Share Of Clean Vehicles In Relation To The Total Number Of Vehicles That Are Subject To Delivery For The Municipality Of Pavlikeni. The Requirements For Clean Vehicles Are Determined By An Ordinance Of The Minister Of Transport And Communications, Which Specifies The Requirements For Clean Vehicles - Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A New Electric Vehicle, Together With The Delivery And Installation Of A Connected Charging Station, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance And Warranty (Service) Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specification.
