Activity 1 - Preparation Of A Technical Project - To Carry Out Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 / 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Other Applicable Current Legislation, As Well As The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Development Of The Technical Project, As Well As Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations, Including Operating Companies And Other Bodies And Approval According To The Order Of Zut, With Incl. All Actions And Features Described In The Attached Technical Specification; Activity 2 - Implementation Of The Smr - Realization Of The Construction Of The Site By Carrying Out The Planned Construction And Installation Works, According To The Investment Projects Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For: Implementation Of The Smr According To The Technical Project For The Construction Prepared And Approved By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products (Building Materials) Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications And The Technical Project. Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Their Investment In Construction. If Necessary, Provision Of Land For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction, Established By The Safety And Health Plan - Only In Cases Where The Same Will Be Located Outside The Adjacent Territory, On The Site. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests To Prove Design Strength Characteristics, Etc. Timely Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction And Preparation Of Executive Documentation. Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities, In Accordance With The Prepared Puso And The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Acceptance By The Employer. Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Public Procurement Contract. Activity 3 - Exercising Authors Supervision - The Contractor Exercises Authors Supervision During Construction Through The Relevant Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Perform Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Project, According To Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws Issued On Its Basis.
