The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Fruits And Vegetables Specified In The Technical Specification With Name, Estimated Quantities, Type And Characteristics For The Needs Of Educational Institutions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Venets, Upon Prior Requests. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Do Not Create Obligations For The Municipality Of Venets To Purchase Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Is Determined Based On The Attendance Of Children And Students In Educational Institutions. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce/Increase And Return Quantities Of Fruits And Vegetables In Unforeseen Circumstances (Influenza Epidemics, Wood Holidays, Sick Children, Etc.), Based On The Attendance Of Children And Students In Educational Institutions. Deliveries Of Fruits And Vegetables Are Made After A Written Request From The Contracting Party, Provided To The Contractor, Every Wednesday Or Thursday By 4:30 P.M. For The Following Week, Through The Final Recipient Sites (Directors Of Educational Institutions). The Request Should Be Submitted In Writing By Hand Or By Electronic Means/Fax/E-Mail/To A Representative Of The Contractor And Should Be Prepared According To A Template Established By The Parties, Containing A Detailed Description Of The Requested Items, Their Quantities And A Schedule For Their Delivery. The Final Recipient Objects Can Make Changes To The Request Depending On Their Actual Needs No Later Than 24 Hours Before Delivery, By Notifying The Contractor In Writing. The Contractor Shall Notify The Employer In Advance And In A Timely Manner Of The Time Of The Scheduled Arrival Of The Delivery So That He Can Take The Necessary Measures For Its Collection And Storage. Requests Are Tailored To The Weekly Menu, Specifying The Types Of Fruits And Vegetables And The Required Amounts Of Them. Fruits And Vegetables Are Delivered Free Of Charge To The Warehouse Of Each Educational Institution.
