Construction Work – Extension Of Terminal 3 At Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out Design And Construction Work Carried Out On Terminal 3 Of The Paris Charles De Gaulle (Cdg) Platform. The Contract Will Relate In Particular To: I) The Construction Of A New Embarkation And Disembarkation Jetty; Ii) The Construction Of A Structure At Least R+1 Housing In Particular A Commercial Area As Well As An Area Intended For Departure Border Controls; Iii) The Extension Of An Existing Building Housing A Baggage Delivery Room And An Arrival Border Area. Development Operations Will Also Be Carried Out In Accordance With Aéroports De Paris Specifications Described In The Program. These Works And Extensions Are Designed To Guarantee The Most Efficient Operational Operation Possible For The Benefit Of Companies Which Operate According To The So-Called Low-Cost Model, While Offering Passengers, Customers And Staff Who Work There Conditions That Comply With The Quality Requirements Of Aéroports De Paris. The Entire Operation Must Be Delivered By The End Of 2029 At The Latest. Taking Into Account The Developments Envisaged In The Medium And Long Term On The Paris Charles De Gaulle Platform As Part Of Its Master Plan, Terminal 3 Could Be Destroyed By 2050, I.E. 20 Years After The Delivery Of The Building Works And Extensions Subject To This Contract. The Offers Submitted Must Take Into Account This Not Necessarily Long-Term Nature.
