Hiring A Specialized Company To Develop Clinical-Institutional Supervision Activities Of The Psychosocial Care Network In The Municipality Of São Francisco Do Glória-Mg. The Clinical-Institutional Supervisor Must Be A Higher Education Professional With Training And Experience In Mental Health, Who Does Not Belong To The Professional Staff Of The Psychosocial Care Network, With Proven Theoretical Qualification In The Field Of Institutional Clinical Supervision, Specialization And Masters Degree Preferred. The Professional Must Work Alongside The Service Team For At Least 5 (Five) Hours Per Week. The Actions To Be Carried Out Must Be Advisory, Discussion Of Clinical Cases Associated With The Institutional Context, The Service, The Network, Management, Through Guidelines And Premises For Mental Health Care Provided For In The State Policy On Mental Health, Alcohol And Other Drugs In Line With The Sus And The Psychiatric Reform. The Clinical-Institutional Supervisor Must Develop The Following Activities: Support The Technical Team; Discuss And Support The Construction Of The Services Institutional Project, Individual Therapeutic Projects For Users And Network Management; Execute And Carry Out Care Actions In The Territory From The Perspective Of Harm Reduction That Can Encourage The Autonomy And Protagonism Of Users; Encourage The Creation Of Collective Spaces For Discussing Policies And The Care Offered, With A User Assembly, Weekly Meetings Between The Team And Matrix Support With Other Network Services; Discuss, Support, Promote And Perform Other Actions Relevant To The Quality Of Care Provided; And Prepare A Report With A Deadline To Be Agreed On All Projects And Actions Carried Out.
