Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. This Consultation Concerns The Outsourced Processing Of Laboratory Analyses. Its Purpose Is To Entrust A Medical Analysis Laboratory With The Provision Of Services Relating To Medical Analyzes Prescribed By The Doctors Of The Dreux Hospital Center, Which Cannot Be Provided Either By The Laboratories Of The Establishment, Nor By The Laboratories Of Public Health Establishments With Which Cooperation Has Been Developed Within A Conventional Framework. The Objective Is To Ensure The Continuity Of The Activity And To Provide For The Possibility Of An External Service To Secure It. This Service Must Comply With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2010-49 Of January 13, 2010 Relating To Medical Biology (Article L 6211-19 Of The Public Health Code)
